The short film Stateless, directed by Mohammad Hossein Hosseini and produced by Mohammad Goodarzi, a production of Soureh Film Club and Royad Film Club, won the Best Short Film award at the 21st Kazan International Festival of Muslim Cinema (Altın Minbar) in Kazan, Russia.
Founded in 2005, this festival aims to introduce the cinema of Islamic and Asian countries, promote cultural and human values, and enhance intercultural dialogue among nations. It is considered one of the most prestigious festivals in the field of Muslim cinema.
The 21st edition of the Kazan Film Festival was held from September 5 to 10, 2025 (14 to 19 Shahrivar 1404) in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia.
