Construction of the first oil well in the Middle East in 1908, leading to the formation of a city in southwestern Iran. In the late 1960`s due to the inability of the oil industry, the oil started to declining in the deeper layers of the earth then the government decided to establish a modern industry to maintain the city. Many years after that, these facilities have not yet done. Poverty and addiction in the city is abundant.
